CmdPoseUpdate
Updates skinning pose matrices for a model.
This uploads a bone matrix palette from an upload buffer and applies it to the model's skinning allocation. The buffer is consumed and discarded after a successful update.
Arguments

Response
Returns CmdResultPoseUpdate:

Runtime Behavior
- In non-blocking mode, if realm/model/window render path is not ready yet, pose update can be deferred and retried.
- Command ordering is not required for eventual application when dependencies are created.
